TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING, Inc. (head office: Zhoushan, Zhejiang, China), an overseas group company of TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING, held a welcoming ceremony for 12 new employees on the 1st September. This year’s new employees entered DAISHAN COUNTY TECHNICAL COLLEGE TSUNEISHI CAMPUS (Zhoushan, Zhejiang, China) in 2011, and participated in an internship at TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING, Inc. that lasted from the 2nd September 2013 until the 30th July 2014. They officially entered the company on the 1st September, and it is planned for them to join the Assembly Section.

TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING, Inc. employees 10-20 students from colleges of technology that specialize in shipping such as ZHEJIANG INTERNATIONAL MARITIME COLLEGE and DAISHAN COUNTY TECHNICAL COLLEGE., per year. After entering the company, they acquire skills related to shipping construction, design technology and Japan’s quality control systems through on-the-job training, and grow to become valuable employees that help support the shipbuilding of TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING, Inc.
